You can use .IRC for evalution purpose during 30 days, after you must register it
.IRC being a .NET IRC Client, it requires .NET v1.1 to be installed on your computer to run
.NET is available for windows XP/2000/ME/NT4/98
.NET isn't available for older windows version
You can download .NET using microsoft windows update (Recommanded Updates)

Once you have .NET installed you can download .IRC here:
