JoHeR Announces Interoperability with Metaswitch
JoHeR's Voice Operator Panel Certified for Metaswitch Networks' Mosaic Partner Program

Paris, France, 12/12/11 - JoHeR, a leading developer of professional SIP softphones for operators and receptionists, today announced that its Voice Operator Panel software has successfully completed interoperability testing and is now Mosaic Partner Certified with the Metaswitch Networks' solution.

The Metaswitch Mosaic Partner Program provides a framework for third-party vendors to ensure that solutions are certified with the company's platforms. To achieve certification, the Voice Operator Panel had to pass a rigorous set of interoperability tests, encompassing basic functionality and advanced calling features.

The Voice Operator Panel is a professional SIP softphone for operators and receptionists with Outlook/LDAP/XMPP/MSN/CRM integration, built-in web browser and e-mailer. It can be used as a standalone softphone or tethered to any analog or VoIP hard phone to handle calls. It also provides full extension status monitoring (ringing, busy, available) with call details and call interception. Voice Operator Panel is ideal for IP Centrex operators and IP PBX installers who want to offer their customers an advanced software switchboard and attendant console.

"We are pleased that JoHeR's Voice Operator Panel has achieved certification" said Ken Cavanaugh, director of business development at Metaswitch Networks. "This next generation SIP softphone is ideal for enterprises who want to offer their customers an advanced software switchboard and attendant console."
