The user can quickly dial a phone number by typing it, the last dialed phone numbers are available by clicking on the dial icon.
The number of voicemail messages is shown, it turns to bold when a new unread message is available.
|Voicemail Quick Call|
The user can click on the voicemail icon to quickly call his voicemail.
The network latency is checked on regular basis and shown through a small icon green, orange or red.
The number of missed calls is shown, the user can click on the icon to quickly call back callers.
The call log shows the list of completed incoming and outgoing calls with the call status when the call was disconnected. The user can sort the list, search for phone numbers and quickly call back.
Desktop alert is shown on incoming call with the caller information and photo when available. The user can quickly pick up or reject the call using the alert window buttons.
A tray icon is available which allows the user to manage calls, change his status, view voicemail messages, missed calls, without showing the application.

Drag and drop is available to place outgoing calls, transfer calls or copy users from one directory to another.
Keyboard shortcuts are available to pick up calls, put calls on hold, transfer calls, hang up calls, tag calls, search directories, load CRM, send e-mails, browse web, enter notes.
When the user clicks on a callto URL from his web browser, the application calls the URL phone number.

From any application the user can select any phone number and press Windows-C to call it.
The application offers an adaptive echo canceller with noise reduction.
The user can enable voice effects to modify the pitch of his voice, add reverb or mix background sounds.
A directory can contain local users (company staff) or external users. When local users are called or call they are shown in bold to quickly identify them. The application can also be configured to reject external callers or to call external users anonymously.
The user can select which information and which contacts are shown in a directory. Among Company, Office, Department, Title, Phone, Mobile, Home, Voicemail, E-mail, XMPP, MSN, Web.
Each directory supports enhanced search by Name, First Name, Company, Office, Department, Title, Phone, Mobile, Home, E-mail, XMPP, MSN.
Each directory can be exported to vCard, CSV, XML format, users can be imported from vCard format.

Callers can be quickly added to a directory by using the call context menu.

The font type or size can be adjusted for better readability or accessibility.

The optional Automatic Provisioning System allows the application to update its bootstrap, firmware and configuration file through the network when updates are available. ITSP can manage all their customers remotely from the APS server.
|Online Web Settings|
Using its built-in web browser, the application can display an additional online web settings page at the IP PBX or at the ITSP.
The application supports one single server acting as a proxy server, presence server and voicemail server. But the application can also connect to 3 separate servers if required.
A multi-level and multi-layer logging system with syslog support allows easy remote debugging.
VOP (Lite or Micro) clients can connect to a VOP (Standard) server to bring enhanced features. Once connected the VOP server becomes a presence server, a messaging server and a note server for all the other VOP (Lite or Micro) clients connected to it.

CRM caller/ee records can be loaded in a dedicated web browser window by double clicking on a call or using the context menu.
|Hard Phone Mode|
The application can use any analog or VoIP hard phone to handle calls. In this mode the application only controls calls to interconnect them with the hard phone. No audio streams are going through the application.
|Blind Call Transfer Queueing|
If the transfer target is busy, the call is queued until the target becomes available then the call is automatically transferred. While in queue the call is on hold and shows the waiting time. The user can pick up any waiting call, ask the caller if he wants to wait any longer and put the call back on hold if needed.
|Phone Presence Details|
Each phone contact where phone presence is enabled will show active calls details when available. (number of calls, call direction/state, caller/ee name).
|Call Destination Display|
Incoming calls display the destination/dialed phone number. The user can identify which company/service is called.
The user can tag incoming calls with custom information to ease the processing.
