through TCP/IP networks.

Voice Services can:

Bind, Unbind channels together. (Channels listen to each others)
Play tones, wav files and streams.
Record to wav files and streams. (Streams support combination of filters such as pitch,
reverb,vibro,mix,agc ...)
Record two channels together to wav files and streams.
Detect voice type. (Human, Machine, Fax)

Say text using TTS (Text to Speech)

Voice Services call statistics and channel traffic are monitored using a web browser or in real-time using a graphical application.
